This tabletop miniature depicts a Harpy as a winged warrior and potential Harpy queen in an impressively dynamic pose: She balances on a rocky, root-branching ledge with small debris fragments, one claw firmly on the ground, the other leg bent. The massive feathered wings are spread wide, with distinctly emphasized flight feathers, ready for takeoff or landing. The head is directed forward; the expression appears alert, almost threatening - as if she is calling to her swarm or initiating an aerial attack. Visible are a humanoid upper body, bird-like legs with strong talons, and an overall slender, wiry stature. An elaborate headpiece with comb-like decoration and side elements adds striking accents, along with partially armored shoulders featuring a single shoulder plate, lighter armor protection on the rest of the body, jewelry and band details around the neck and upper body, as well as braided hair strands. A loin guard and tail feathers complete the avian design and emphasize the impression of a nimble, winged creature.
